3. Payments

  • Payments must be made upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Advance payments, if taken, are non-refundable once service is initiated.
  • We accept cash, UPI, or other digital payment modes.

4. Warranty & Spare Parts

Warranty on spare parts (if any) is limited to the manufacturer’s terms. Pure Water Solutions is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims.

5. Cancellations

Service cancellations must be informed in advance. Any visit charges or inspection fees incurred may be applicable.

6. Customer Responsibilities
