This Refund & Service Policy outlines the terms related to service bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds for Pure Water Solutions. By booking our services, you agree to this policy.
Services can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form. All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
Inspection or visit charges may apply in certain cases. These charges are non-refundable once a technician visit has been scheduled or completed.
Any advance payment made towards service or product purchase is non-refundable once the service process has started or spare parts have been arranged.
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
Warranty for RO systems or spare parts is governed solely by the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Pure Water Solutions does not provide independent warranties unless explicitly mentioned.
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concern.
Pure Water Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
